Site Visit
We will visit your property, meet you in person and conduct a full property survey. We will discuss how we can refurb and upgrade your home. If you agree with our process we will send your a full Proposal & Scope of Works.
Refurb Work Begins
We cover everything from cosmetic jobs all the way to more complex refurbs. We normally include new or updated kitchen, bathroom, carpets, flooring, painting & decorating of all rooms, fix damp & mould issues, garden and fences, etc. We also carry out room re-configurations to make your space look & feel bigger. Everything is always done with your full knowledge & written permission.
We work FAST and will complete most projects within a few weeks!
We Sell The Property
Once the property is fully refurbed we will put it back on the open market. If you are already working with an Estate Agent we will work closely with them to sell the property as quickly as possible. We will aim to achieve the full market valuation since it will be a newly refurbed home.
The Refurb Pays For Itself
After the sale, the additional value we have created will cover the cost of the refurb. This means there is NO additional cost to you.

Why & how is this free?
Our business model is simply that we increase the value of the house and we are able to cover our costs that way.
What is included in the refurb?
Each house is unique. After we visit the property we can discuss our recommended Scope of Works.
What if things go wrong?
We go to great lenghts to plan and complete our work to the highest standards possible. In the worst case we have extensive insurance cover but we have never needed it.
Refurb Management
Will I need to pay anything?
We cover everything within the Scope of Works which we will submit to you. If you want to do something additional that cost will be covered by you.
How long does a refurb take?
Each house is unique but generally we aim for anything between 2 weeks to 3 months. A full project assessement & time scales will be provided before we begin the project.
What Is Included?
We cover everything from simple cosmetic refurbs to new, kitchen, bathrooms, damp issues etc. Also more complex projects. Give us a call and we can discuss further.
Is there any obligation after the consultation?
